The Company is located on a single freehold site. Havenside,
Boston, Lincolnshire. The total site is approximately 26 acres
(10.5 hectares) with about 480,000 square feet (47,500 square meters) of covered space.

Havenside
A large integrated site of 26 acres consisting of 3 production units,
2 distribution warehouses, 2 raw materials warehouses and a head office building.

1. Factory Q2
This is a modern, single story, open span factory constructed in the 1970's and early 1980's and has a total area of 45,000 square feet.

2. Factory G2
This unit is modern, offering single span ground floor facilities with
a total area of 65,000 square feet.

3. Factory R1
The operation is located in a single story unit of 50,000 square feet, built in 1966 with later additions in the late 1970's.

4. Warehouse W4
This is a separate unit of 67,000 square feet located in the centre
of the site and arranged under three bays constructed between
1969 and 1987.

5. Warehouse W1
A modern 102,000 square feet warehouse constructed in the late 1980's for finished product distribution with high rise racking and operating special order picking forklifts. The warehouse holds a capacity of 15,000 pallet spaces.

6. Warehouse W5
A 97,000 square feet warehouse built in the late 1980's with high
rise racking and two mezzanine floors, giving an additional 50,000 square feet of floorspace. The warehouse holds a capacity of 11,000 pallet spaces.

7. Warehouse W2
A raw materials storage warehouse of 12,000 square feet built in the mid 1960's.

8. Office Block
A two story office building, housing the sales, production support, accounting and administrative functions for the company. The
building is modern, containing a central data processing area producing distributed terminal access. The total internal area is
20,000 square feet.

9. Outbuildings
These include the engineering workshop and laboratory block, giving about 20,000 square feet of floorspace in total.
